The yield on government bonds due February 2027 fell four basis points to 9.57 percent, heading for the lowest level since Nov. 20. The ruble gained 0.4 percent against the dollar to 66.25 by 11:49 a.m. in Moscow as Brent oil, the benchmark for Russia’s main export blend, climbed 0.3 percent in London trading.
