Shell chief financial officer Simon Henry is preparing to make an exit from the Anglo-Dutch supermajor after more than 30 years with the company. The company confirmed on Thursday that Henry is next year to leave the role as finance boss he has held for more than seven years. In his place will come current director and member of the executive committee Jessica Uhl. Henry will hand over duties to Uhl on 9 March, after signing off on the 2016 Annual Report, and will continue to serve on the board until that time. Further, he will remain available to Uhl and the board to assist with the transition until finally leaving on 30 June.
